Hotel in Hakone. Sherloсk Holmes - SOS! -

We are going to spend NY in Japan. I send fax to several hotels in Hakone area and have recieved the answer (in attachment) without sender identification.
The question - what hotel is this? Could anybody provide me it's address, phone number or something?

Keep in mind please - it is in Hakone.
