One of my other concern is the nursing standard. I don't know about America's standard for nurses, but for the local Canadian nurse (yes I am in Canada), the training and education will only suffice what they need to do locally, I know for a fact that Japanese nurses has to do a lot more than what our local nurse are trained to do...
