Can't have any doubts there: the bizarre adventure of JoJo!!!
There was a very good anime I was buying like 9 years ago in Italy, but then I moved to USA and lost track of it. I can't remember the title, but it was based on elemental and people have to create a deal with the elements in order to use them (they used all elements, not only the classic ones).
