okay i'm an obsessive yaoi AND yuri fan...lol
but anyways i like yaoi more simply because its alot different than normal shojo manga's. most yaoi's almost always have the two guys going through so many struggles and in the end they always find love. (which usually includes a hot sex scene lol). but yea i do agree that alot of the guys (shindou shuichi for ex.) look like women. so yea. at least that's my input.
