However, I cannot find a place that does courses for a reasonable price in London.

There is the Japan Centre, which requires you to not only pay 280 pounds (I think it was per lesson) but ALSO buy the proper knife needed (which itself costs 180+ pounds.

Are there any places which does Japanese cooking courses for a reasonable price? OR is it best to just get a Japanese recipe book and just work by myself.
