actually, I've heard they're taking a little longer in production BECAUSE they want to make it for both the PS2 AND the PS3... they're taking pity on the poor souls, like me, that can't afford the PS3 by making for both consoles.

Of course, this is just what I've heard.
As far as the release date... probably either sometime around christmas (as usual with big-selling games) or sometime next year.

So, if it IS being made only for the PS3, hey, ask for one for christmas, or start saving up now and buy it before you get the game. Keep a few steps ahead and you'll be playing it too! >_0
