you dont KNOW for sure she is cheating on him though....
which means that if she is not...and you say she may well be....that its going to undermine the trust in thier relationship...
which COULD destroy it....
best bet...be 100% sure first....
easiest way to do that....
HONEY-TRAP.....
spring a honey trap for her...if she bites...THEN tell him....
