I have to admit I like Orochimaru as one of my fav villians. Also Deidara!
From Bleach Grimmjow and Ulquiorra both are so cool.
I do not if Light Yagami can be consider bad but in the end he was malicious. (poor light he was his own down fall for trying to stop criminals)
