Gokusen, yeah, I can see that being continued because it literally didn't finish. The anime originally came out in 2004, the manga just finished over there in 2007. The anime never finished the story. Same goes with Fruits Basket and Hunter x Hunter. The manga was still ongoing when the anime series ended.
