It's not insulting. If I say I don't like carrots it doesn't mean no-one else should like them, it just means I don't. Insulting would be 'This band is shit and everyone who thinks they are good are retards.' But I said 'No offence,' and I stated my opinion because I can. If you think that disliking something is insulting then fair enough.
