Hmm I'd say School Days.

It's basically a story about a guy, Makoto, who sees a pretty girl on his bus every morning named Kotonoha Katsura. [my favorite anime character ever] He wants to meet her desperately so his friend Sekai helps him meet and eventually become a couple with her.
That's all I'm giving away because School Days gets really suspenseful, violet and racy torwards the end of the series (there's 12 episodes). And it's based on the game School Days, and there's a manga also based on the game.
