少女 is the correct two character word for little girl in Japanese. It means a girl of lowteen or younger.

To make your character larger, type in like this ［ｓｉｚｅ＝＋５］ｔａｒｇｅｔ　ｗｏｒｄｓ［／ｓｉ ｚｅ］.
