Your not going to have your tounge down some girls throat the instant you start speaking..
A good place to start meeting girls would be a party at your age.. Get into a party, if your worried then wait until everyone is drunk before you start talking to girls ( though i think you could do with the dutch courrage yourself) and see what happens.
Above all, be gentle and aim for friendship over anything else
