I have a friend in this current situation (sorta, but lets just say that their friendship has a bit of.....life threatening twist to it).
I'm not going into detail about THEIR story, but my friend, being the older one, though it best to wait until she was at least 18 before doing anything. I think the same applies to this situation. If you really care for her, just wait it out.
