to avoid hangover simply.
1. once you are nicely drunk...start putting a few spacers (glasses of water) between drinks.
2. something nice and greasy on the way home
3. before going to sleep...drink water...for about 60 seconds (as counted in your drunken mind) longer than you feel you are physically able to drink...
no matter HOW wankered you get...you wont get hangover
