I've never cried from anime, but at the end of the Dragon Ball series when Goku went to hell to say goodbye to Piccolo that made me pretty sad
. I'm not sure if this counts but... The ending of the first Kingdom Hearts game when Sora and Kairi were separated again it really reminded me of a summer fling I had before my first year in college, (and that was a sad time).
