Oglethorpe: I am sure there are some Japanese people here. I found a new Japanese pen pal from here. I do not know why no one has replied to you. I am looking for real letter pen pals so it is harder as no one seems to want to write real letters anymore. I know some Japanese do not mind language exchange but I know some are looking for real friends. Sorry to be blunt but they might think you just want to use them to learn Japanese.Have you tried Japan guide? There are a lot of Japanese people there and many of them want to learn English, they might be willing to help you.
