I agree with Arikado. I will be in Gr. 9 next year, and generally, nobody in middle school is mature or open-minded enough to accept style from diferent cultures, or whatever. I'm actually bothered alot by others simply because I don't wear brand name clothes like Abercrombie & Fitch, Guess, American Eagle, stuff like that. I just don't like to. So in high school, definitely dress how you want, but middle school people just DON'T GET IT.
