I'm a fan of this manga/anime series as well. I like all of the clever ways used to commit the crimes. Nice how Conan seems to always outwit them.

Anyway, my favorite characters are:

Haibara Ai/Miyano Shiho

Hatori Heiji

Tsuburaya Mitsuhiko

Hondou Eisuke. I honestly miss his character. IMO, he really made the story interesting.

Another character whose...um..."absence" I'm still having trouble with is Akai. It's like I still want there to be more dealing with him.
