A roomate of mine is a diehard fan of the shows on the Disney channel, intended for young kids. I think it's rather childish, but at the same time, I watch anime.

There are some anime series out there intended for adults (Deathnote), while others are specifically intended for a younger audience.

But besides all that, who really cares what other people think of your hobbies?
