Enough with jumping to conclusions. He made one single post.
I joined Japan Forum because I have knowledge that I think can help people.
People ask questions, then they answer them. We share information.
If you don't want to share your information, then don't, but don't go saying "he won't appreciate it as a matter of fact he'll take it for granted". When your parents moved to America, did they ask anyone for advice? Of course they did. What if everyone they asked had the same attitude as you? Then you'd probably still be living in Japan.
