thanks everybody!!! really appreciate your help!!! this word is coming from job offer (sales stuff) in ''type'' column . so ,in this situation what do they mean ? that i would have oportunity for career growth ? Can progress only untill mid-career? Or i must be at mid-career （must have experience）for getting this job? please help!
