Well it's the hottest at mid-day and evidently by your graph people are more sleepy at mid day, so that would be particularly apparent in a hotter climate wouldn't it...
Anyway I always find if I'm really warm I'm sleepy not the other way round :S
Doesn't matter though, I don't think randomly falling asleep would do you good as it messes up your sleep pattern, that's what I was trying to get at~
