When it's a really hot day, I feel very tired. So the graph is strange to me because it implies that people become more tired when it is cold, doesn't it?

A nap implies randomness to me because people usually do it when they are tired, which is at random times depending on what they've done that day ^-^;
I don't think the graph implies that... We sleep at night, therefore, our body temp goes down at night. If you, slept during the day and woke up at night, your body heat will be increasing at night and decreasing during the day.

Of course I didn't mean random nap times. Randomness is bad for your sleep pattern... Because, well, it wouldn't be a pattern if randomness was involved. If someone takes nap times, they should do it regularly, hence me talking about places that have regular nap times/siesta!
