i just saw a report by the "bbc" and a program called"world focus".that the homeless in japan is a major problem.not just the old or disturbed,but many young people are losing their jobs.even in a hip place like shibuya,there's an under-belly of despair.i know this is supposed to be a "happy" sight,but any comments?
