Odds are it's not going to happen. You like a lot of other people think that we're living in a world where you can just do what you want with no regards to anything or anyone else. Your grandfather could move to Hawaii from the Philippines (which you spelled wrong) in a time and place where things are a lot easier. I know people who speak fluent Japanese and are having a hard time in Japan, so how do you figure you're going to do any better? Japan is not like Hawaii where people go to take things easy and try to "make a new life" in most places it's really busy. There is no way that you're going to move there. You can't even get excepted to most colleges without being able to speak fluent Japanese, and you're not getting a job there, so if you do visit you won't be there for long. Trust me it'll be a lot easier if you just gave up. You'll have better chances moving to the intercontinental United States, I mean your English is shit but I guess it's okay enough that most people will look over it.
