i would have though it would be something like 桜が咲く時、日本にいたい but then again i don't really know, just a guess
and that would be "I want to be in Japan when the sakuras bloom" not "would like to be" assuming ofcourse my sentence is correct lol

けど is "but/however" kinda thing, but the only thing i can find when i look for きっどう is the katakana for kid キッド
