EDIT: These are the sauces I use
Left to right;
Japanese Soy Sauce, Black vinegar (but any vinegar will do), mushroom fla soy sauce, sesame oil. The last one, I don't use in this particular stir fry, but it's a stir fry sauce. Adds a LOT of flavour and doesn't require any soy sauce if you use it. However, I don't recommend it with red meats
