[Micchi]

Hello I was wondering if anyone could answer me the question. I have Animal Crossing for the Wii. I checked online and I noticed that their are different Holidays for different regions. So my question is - can I add someone from lets say Japan, I'm from Canada and go visit their town and participate in their holidays?
