way back in the 80's ... is prob the closest i ever got to this dress style ... (i am a guy btw)
i had about 6 Swatches (multi-colored watches) ... and those stupid little rubber bracelets (had about 200 of em, would sell them to other kids at school) ...
but back then it was just 'punk' ... but i guess it would partially be one of the 'roots' for the decora style.
