Here's your problem you went to 4chan.org which is notorious for this. It's because of its /b/ board; a shock site (intended to be offensive, disgusting or disturbing to its viewers) which makes it not so useful as a tool to learn about japan.
I would
not recommend anyone who wants to learn about japan to use this site.
