Migraines and/or headache remedies... -

Hello. I know I'm not the only one on the forum who gets them.
And, I was wondering if maybe a few of you would mind sharing your home "remedies" for getting rid of or at least lessening the pain of a headache or migraine.
And please, obey the forum's rules. :]
