I don't know why I find the first few posts humorous, but I do.

My best buddy is a vegitarian. His reason is because he simply doesn't like the taste of most meats; he'll eat a bit, but not most. Good, healthy, life-preserving decision with a good enough explanation for me to discern that he's not being an idiot.

But perhaps the main reason why others give vegitarians a hard time is because a lot, not all or most, but a lot, of vegitarians are vegitarians because it's a popular thing to do, or rather popular because it's "different". Instead of eating what they like and being happy about it, they label themselves in order to stand out and seek attention. For the most part, some people are just turned off to meat, to which there is absolutly no problem so long as you state it as such; making your personal dieting habits a main source of drama in your life is only asking for those around you to agree to the fact that you're either a moron or have very little else of importance to concern yourself with.

That, and most vegitarians who can't give a good enough answer to their life choices can't give a good enough answer to some questions "meat-eaters" have for them:
- Incizers. Why else do we have them?
- Is looking slightly pale, due to the fact that you eat nothing but veggies, a healthy life-perserving decision?
- Evolutionary theory shows that most herbavores aren't high up on the evolutionary food chain; humans seem to be pretty near the top of it. Explain this contingency.
