Canon Wordtank G50 for life, baby! It's been my trusty sidekick for many a year. But I love that if I know a part of a kanji, I can search by the pronunciation of that part in the kanji lookup function. I'm not sure if all newfangled 電子辞書 have that feature now or not, but it was a new think when I lived in Japan.
