(sen) せん （仙） - Hermit/wizard
(nin) にん （人） - people/person
(sennin) せんにん （仙人） - I'm guessing this is what
KyleGoetz was thinking of, which is infact "legendary wizard" or a "mountain man" ie. a hermit

(yon) よん （四） - 4, 四人 means 4 people
(densetsu) でんせつ （伝説） - Legend
(ninja) にんじゃ (忍者) - well obviously ninja means ninja
