But with all of that aside, condoms are usual practice within married couples. Birth control isn't so. It was legalized in 1999 and still get a lot of negative press from doctors. One theory is that the doctors want to keep the abortion business strong so they discourage the pill. Japan has a 35% rate of abortion.

They have those shops in the US, as well. I am not sure what 35% abortion rate means. Do you mean 35% of women have had abortions, or that 35% of babies are aborted. I can't believe either of those numbers are true, but if they were, that throws the whole sex education and safe-sex statement out the window. And I have never heard of married couples using condoms, either.
