It is harder to get lost in Tokyo than you think. All train station maps are marked in English, and you can confirm with the concierge how to get there before you leave in the morning.

Thousands of non-Japanese speaking foreigners do it every day.

I just looked up the Narita Hilton on Google Earth.

There's a highway to the south, forest to the north and another hotel next to it...and that's it.
