I didn't exactly understand all of that until I got on Wikimapia and Google Earth and I now have every station bookmarked and I even traced my route from the Sakuragicho station to the Nagatsuta station.

Does this mean that you don't recommend taking the train from the Nagatsuta station to the Kodomonokuni station? I hear taxi prices are outrageous.
