I have been planning on finishing my schooling in Tokyo for about a while now, and just recently I have decided that I would rather go to a university outside of Tokyo. Would anyone happen to know any good ranking international universities or universities that would accept foreign students with about a year and a half worth of Japanese study other than the ones in Tokyo? Much appreciated.
