it is the bount arc(did i get the spelling right?) episodes
you could skip it and just watch the last few episode of the season
but i find that filler interesting so i would suggest that you dont skip it

after episode 109 it will be back to the story although there would be some episode that would be slow or would feel like a filler
the next out of the story arc would be at 168 to 189 it is completely ok to miss this arc
then it will resume to the arrancar story until episode 203 and then the guest character at the 168-189 filler would reappear
