lol, don't you watch videos in there... firefox broke o.O and paint uhm, get GIMP, it's a free alternative to Photoshop or you can get Paint.NET... as well free.
Download Manager are those software that accelerates your download and let you pause and start the download again. Torrent application lets you download stuff via torrent.
