I speak English natively and know many characters that I can:
1. Pronounce in Japanese, but can't translate them
2. Translate from Japanese but cannot pronounce
3. Pronounce (Badly) in Mandarin, but do not know what they mean
4. Translate from mandarin, but can't pronounce
マンダリンの中国語お話して分かりますか？
As you can probabaly tell my Japanese is pretty worthless/unnatural.
