1) Some medications do have the same affect as alcohol and without a blood test no one can assert it was DEFINITLEY alcohol, irrespective.
2) Delivery of news stories by professionals is generally carried out in an unbiased fashion.
3) The newsreader states she does speak "Hammered". Of that I am quite sure that she has a lifetime of experience to draw from, however, see point number 1.
