Not a great example but I'm pretty sure you can use it like that, although you may be safe waiting for another response to confirm it

I am going to ask you something maybe a bit silly, but I didnt understood things very well "いつ" (itsui) also means "when" right? If I dont remember the kanji I can just say "いつ"?
and How do we pronounce "時" ? Is it the same?
