Tho we did "place" slightly lower in the "Mercer's Quality of living survey" i dont think Mercers survey was as good anyway, and not for the fact that our highest was 10th place but that Sydney was the top placing Australian city.
Oh and just for those that dont know, the Australian cities are..

I am happy to see my hometown came in #48 on Mercer's list. Funny...no Chinese cities on there...
