Begin an exercise program, and make sure you go to bed and get out of bed at the same time each day.
The exercise program should begin early in the morning, and last for at least 45 minutes. I took up cycling when I was having trouble sleeping, riding 5 days each week.
Not only was I able to sleep better, I had much more energy throughout the day, and the quality of my work greatly increased. Not to mention the fact that I lost several pounds of weight, and my resting pulse went from 64 bpm to 48 bpm.
I'm waiting for the weather to warm up some more so I can begin riding more seriously once more. There are so many places to ride here, and the scenery is wonderful.
