I feel that I have to mention JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. 13 episodes of awesome action. I reckon you should pay extra attention to episodes 4 and 5, episode 10 and episode 13. Episodes 4 and 5 star a villain that possesses a really cool power. Episode 10 is just really, really fun to watch, and episode 13 is just hardcore
