Well, im not sure lucky is the right word. Granted there's definately "Luck" but theres definately other aspects involved. Its not impossible for anybody. it can happen and it could happen for anybody.
Yeah iv never been to Japan, so you could just ignore this post completely. Tho i think what youv said doesnt just apply to Japan id say its almost universal there's always more than 1 way to go about things.
My first boss told me "It's not what you know, it's who you know." and iv never forget it i definately think its got more than a little bit of truth to it.
It's just like rules you follow when going to interviews, be well presented, spoken etc, The impression you make can do alot more for you than the actual skills you have.
theres my thoughts anyway, tho i could write alot more as its a pretty broad subject. but for now i think that will do.
