This is a comedy band called Tripod. I just went to see them live. And they sang this song. You'll need a sense of humour, basically it's a song about how they think (not really. They're comedians) all Japanese people are apparently full on stereotypes... and that's why they can't be astronauts.
(They pay out all sorts of other things too and they're never serious about it so don't worry. It's just comedy. Also yes I do laugh at crazy stereotypes about Australians too)
