My friends pretty much don't care that I like J-pop/rock and that's as far as it goes. People don't TRY to understand why I listen to the stuff, so I never really get ridiculed or anything.

Not saying I don't, because I've run into a few people who have made fun of me. Like last year when I was at the Orange County Fair with my friend and her parents and I was listening to DBSK in the car. I was singing along to Step by Step and some guy walking by yells out 'Can you even understand that?!'

It is very annoying when people get a lost look on their faces when my response is 'I don't care' and then ask me the same question 'okay but...do you understand it?'. I just wanna pull my hair out and say "THAT'S NOT THE F***ING POINT!!!"
